What is an NCA Practicing License?
The National Construction Authority (NCA) requires registered contractors to renew their Annual Practicing License every financial year.
The license confirms that your company remains compliant and is authorized to undertake construction works within its registered category.
The National Construction Authority has officially opened the 2026/2027 Annual Practicing License Renewal window.
Renewal Period: 1st July 2026 – 31st July 2026
To avoid last-minute delays, contractors are encouraged to begin the renewal process early.
